    • Lay each cable and all the adapters for the cables out on the floor of the workshop, along a line, in the order to which they are to be assembled, according to the diagram.

    • There are 6 hoses in the diagram, but you probably already have 2 assembled, as they will be running from the powercube to the lifetrac cabin.

    • take some teflon tape to seal the tapered threads with.

    • Remember to wrap the tape only clockwise, such that the end of the tape is dragged along, rather than push along, during the rotation that occurs during tightening, to prevent bunching up of the tape.

    • Assemble the parts, starting from one end and moving towards another. With each part, check to make sure the threads are free of dirt, wiping them with a rag if you need to.

    • Put the hose + coupler + adapter assemblies through the firehoses in pairs.

    • Attach the adapters and couplers to all end equipment.

    • Ports marked A go to other ports marked A and ports marked B on valves and powercube connect to ports marked B on the motors, cylinder, etc.

    • Ensure all valves are in position

    • Turn on a powercube and test the operation of the system.
