  1. Punch the holes in the 15" pieces. They are both the same. Weld the pieces together, insuring everything is square.

    • Punch the holes in the 15" pieces. They are both the same.

    • Weld the pieces together, insuring everything is square.

    • There should be a 6" space between the 15" pieces.

    • Skip around so the plate doesnt warp.

    • Weld both sides on all seams

    • Grind away the welds on one side of the plate.
