Is opensourceecology.org, or opensourceecology.dozuwiki.com official?

Dear Open Source Ecology,


I find it confusing that there appear to be 2 separate web pages for open source ecology:


opensourceecology.org,

opensourceecology.dozuwiki.com

Which of these pages is the official page? Should they resources not be pooled into a single source instead of split among different sites?
