2 @ 11 3/8" wide x 8' long

1 @ 11 3/8" wide x 3' 9 1/2" long

First, rip the plywood into 12" wide strips using the table saw.

Then, measure and mark the lengths onto the 12" wide strips.

Cut the strips to length with your circular saw.
