| + | [* black] Measure and mark 5'5-1/8" up one side of the plywood and over 3'5-7/8". Cut the module's interior sheathing using a 7-1/4" circular saw. |

Align the plywood sheathing with a 5" overhang on the right (edge furthest from narrow stud-gap) and flush with the bottom plate. The offset should line the left edge to sit flush with the 2nd stud from left-most. The top overhang should be 1.5". |
