  1. Allocate bolts. Lay out bolts on assembly table.

    • Allocate bolts.

    • Lay out bolts on assembly table.

    • On each bolt:

    • Attach 2 washers.

    • Loosely attach nuts.

  2. Lower Frame Assembly

    • Lower Frame Assembly

    • Place blocks on ground in assembly area.

  3. Place Lower Frame pieces (front-to-back) on blocks.

    • Place Lower Frame pieces (front-to-back) on blocks.

  4. Align holes.

    • Align holes.

  5. Bolt Lower Frame together. Level the Lower Frame with level.

    • Bolt Lower Frame together.

    • Level the Lower Frame with level.

    • Adjust blocks.

  6. Mount Vertical Frame pieces to Lower Frame inner corners. Tighten loosely. Leave room for play.

    • Mount Vertical Frame pieces to Lower Frame inner corners.

    • Tighten loosely. Leave room for play.

  7. Mount Upper Crossbrace Frame pieces. Mount Upper Crossbrace Frame pieces. Mount Upper Crossbrace Frame pieces.

    • Mount Upper Crossbrace Frame pieces.

  8. Mount Upper Front-Back Frame pieces. Mount Upper Front-Back Frame pieces. Mount Upper Front-Back Frame pieces.

    • Mount Upper Front-Back Frame pieces.

  9. Tighten all frame bolts extra-tight. Tighten all frame bolts extra-tight. Tighten all frame bolts extra-tight.

    • Tighten all frame bolts extra-tight.

  10. Finished!

    • Finished!
